Oak Hill Academy Pre-K

This week we met Mr. O who loves opposites. We read lots of books about opposites and thought of our own too. Mr. O is a letter-light vowel who lights the way to building words. We made some middle /o/ word family lists (like pot, hot, cot, dot, bot, spot, lot)

Our field trip to Huber Woods was outstanding! The weather was great for our hayride and pumpkin picking and we loved meeting the creepy critters (like the stick bug, albino corn snake, box turtle and the Madagascar hissing cockroach!) We had a fun pizza party celebration too for our classmate's birthday!

We had a fabulous Halloween celebration and parade. Thanks to our Homeroom parents for all of your help and our families for the yummy party treats!
